Dr. Perry Hancock
President & CEO

Dr. Hancock has been serving as President & CEO of the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries since 2003. He completed a Bachelor’s degree from Louisiana College and Master of Religious Education and Ph.D. degrees from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to joining the Children’s Home, Dr. Hancock served as pastor of several Louisiana churches. He also served as a faculty member and Dean of the Graduate Faculty at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Dr. Hancock loves children!

Marc Eichelberger
Vice President of Development & Public Relations

Marc has been serving as Vice President of Development and Public Relations for the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries since October 2008. He completed a Bachelor’s degree from William Carey University and a Master of Divinity degree from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary. Prior to joining the Children’s Home, Marc served as a pastor for over 25 years. He also served as Director of Continuing Education and Conference Planning and Adjunct Faculty at New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Kris Taylor
Vice President of Financial & Personnel Services

Kris joined the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries’ staff in April 2004. She serves as Vice President of Financial & Personnel Services. Kris has a Bachelor of Business Administration in Accounting from University of Louisiana at Monroe. She has worked in the accounting field as well as in churches for many years. Kris is also a Notary Public.

Susan Clark
Director of Family Care Ministries

Susan joined the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries’ staff in January 2012 as Director of Family Care Ministries. She coordinates HomePlace, a transitional living ministry for homeless children and their mothers. Susan has worked in the non-profit arena and has many years of experience in business management, as well as teaching junior and senior high school students in school and Bible Study. She has worked in Women’s Ministry for over 20 years as a conference speaker and teacher and is also a certified Career and Anger Management Facilitator. Susan received her Bachelor of Science and Master of Education degrees from Northeast Louisiana University.

Dr. Kathy Eichelberger
Director of Granberry Counseling Centers

Dr. Eichelberger has been serving as Director of Granberry Counseling Centers since July 2009. Kathy has been a pastor’s wife for over 25 years and served in many leadership roles in the local church. She is a licensed professional counselor and has a passion to help people who are hurting and going through difficult life circumstances. God has called Kathy to minister to people through counseling, while at the same time encouraging them to develop a deep intimate relationship with Christ. Kathy completed a Bachelor’s degree, a Master of Arts degree in Marriage and Family Counseling and a Doctor of Ministry degree in pastoral counseling from New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary.

Matt Hancock
Director of Campus Life & Education Services

Matt has served at Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries since 2005. His duties include planning campus activities and events, coordinating educational programs, and helping teens who age out of foster care to transition into adult life. A graduate of New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary, Matt has previously served on church staffs as a youth pastor, worship pastor, evangelism teacher, and musician.

Susan Nolan
Executive Director of Child & Family Services

Susan joined the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries in May 2012 as the Executive Director of Child and Family Services. Susan provides oversight for Child and Family Services operations and licensing compliance. Before coming to LBCHFM, Susan served nine years with the Louisiana Department of Children and Family Services, primarily in the areas of family services and development, and training and support of foster and adoptive homes. Susan completed a Bachelor’s degree from University of Louisiana at Monroe and a Master of Social Work degree from Grambling State University. She is a Licensed Master Social Worker.

Dale Stone
Director of Asset Management

Dale joined the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home & Family Ministries’ staff in 2003. He served in the United States Air Force before going to New Orleans Baptist Theological Seminary where he earned the Master of Arts in Christian Education degree with an emphasis in childhood development. Dale has led worship in churches in Mississippi, Texas, Tennessee, Kentucky and Louisiana. He has a heart for children and the ministry at LBCHFM. He is the Director of Asset Management where he oversees the physical plant and equipment both at the main campus and offsite.
