It is both an honor and a humbling responsibility to begin serving as the new President and CEO of the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home and Family Ministries. I am deeply grateful for the opportunity to join this ministry and to continue the important work that has impacted so many children and families across our state. For more than 126 years, this ministry has faithfully served vulnerable children and families across Louisiana, building a legacy of compassion, faith, and hope. I am honored to follow the outstanding leadership of Dr. Hancock, whose faithful service has strengthened and expanded this mission, and I look forward to building on the strong foundation he and so many others have laid.

At the heart of everything we do is our mission: Providing LOVE, CARE, and HOPE in Christ to children and families in need. This mission is not simply a statement—it is a calling that guides every program, every relationship, and every act of service carried out through this ministry.

My family and I are grateful for the opportunity to be part of this important work. My wife, Stephanie, and I have been blessed with a wonderful family who continually remind us of the importance of faith, love, and strong homes. Our children are Aaron and his wife Emily, Gary and his wife Peyton, Kyle, and Ellie. We are also the proud grandparents of three beautiful granddaughters—Amelia, Remi, and Caroline. Family is a gift from God, and that personal understanding of the value of family deepens our passion for the ministry of caring for children and strengthening families.

I am especially thankful for the incredible staff who faithfully serve each day with compassion, professionalism, and Christ-centered dedication. Their commitment to the children and families entrusted to our care is inspiring. I am equally grateful for the many volunteers and supporters who give their time, resources, and prayers to make this ministry possible. Your partnership allows us to extend the love of Christ in meaningful and life-changing ways.

I also want to express appreciation for the continued partnership through the Cooperative Program through the Louisiana Baptist Convention. The support and vision of Louisiana Baptists help sustain and strengthen this ministry as we work together to care for vulnerable children and strengthen families throughout our state.

As we look to the future, I am excited about the opportunities God has before us. Together—with our staff, volunteers, supporters, and churches—we will continue to expand the reach of this ministry so that more children and families can experience hope, healing, and the transforming love of Christ.

Thank you for your prayers and your faithful support. I look forward to serving alongside you as we continue this important mission.
