Be Living Hope for a child

Download HomeNews March/April 2019

Dear Friend of Children,
Nina* will be beaming with joy when she discovers her first prize egg at our annual Easter egg hunt. This will probably be her first Easter egg ever.
This adorable eight-year-old came into our care about six months ago. Nina loves her parents, but they are unable to care for her at this time because of long-term drug abuse.
On Easter Sunday, Nina will be dressed in her new Easter outfit. Her clothes will be the prettiest she has ever owned. At her church, Nina and the other children will hear the Easter story. They will be told of the resurrection of our Lord Jesus Christ and how God's great love changes lives forever.
Nina's cottage parents are teaching her the ABCs of salvation. She's asking lots of questions and learning what it means to trust Jesus as her own personal Savior.
Your generosity this Easter makes it possible for children like Nina to have a loving, caring home - one that's safe from hurt. Your support helps provide the beautiful new clothes and shoes our children receive as part of their Easter experience here at the Home. Most of all, you're providing an opportunity for us to share the living hope of our resurrected Lord. Your gift this Easter will help change a life!
