Granberry Counseling Centers – Appointment Reminders
Terms of Service:
As part of Granberry Counseling Centers’ intake paperwork, clients are asked to agree to receive appointment reminders via text messages and phone calls.
Text messages are normally sent at least 3 days before the appointment and phone calls are normally sent at least 2 days before the appointment.
Message and data rates may apply.
If you do not want to receive appointment reminders, or if you need assistance with your appointment reminders, please contact the home office at 318-345-8200.

Sharing of information:
No mobile information will be shared with third parties/affiliates for marketing/promotional purposes. Information sharing to subcontractors in support services, such as customer services is permitted.
Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent will not be shared with any third parties, excluding aggregators and providers of the Text Message services.
In other words, your data and consent will not be shared with third parties other than our Electronic Health Records program, which in turn will share it with those who are sending the text messages and phone calls.
Granberry Counseling Centers and the Louisiana Baptist Children’s Home and Family Services are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.
