Granberry EMDR Therapy

EMDR, or Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing, is a therapy model designed to alleviate distress related to traumatic memories. EMDR is an empirically validated treatment model that has been used to treat a wide variety of symptoms related to trauma.

Some common issues that EMDR can be used to treat include:

PTSD (Post-traumatic Stress Disorder)
Single-event traumas (e.g., car accidents)
Complex trauma (e.g., abuse)
